Solana Beach Entrepreneur and Chocolate Confectioner Jerry Swain announced today that his handmade chocolate “Jer’s IncrediBalls” earned The Silver Bowl Award for “Best First Time Confection” at the 2001 Retail Confectioners International Chocolate Conference held in Boston, MA.
